Payment for the Sargam Music AcademyPlayground curriculum is due at the initial time of purchase. For the first year, new content will be delivered to each Playground curriculum customer in 30-day increments.

If at any time a customer is unsatisfied with his or her use of Sargam Music Academy’s Playground curriculum, he or she may request that access to the materials be terminated and a prorated refund be awarded.

In no event shall Sargam Music Academyor its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sargam Music Academy’s Internet site, even if Sargam Music Academyauthorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.   1. Payments and Refunds/Cancellation

The 100% Satisfaction or Refund is a policy introduced by Sargam Music Academy in which the candidates receive a full refund of any denomination they paid if they did not like our service.

On which subjects is this policy applicable on?

This policy applies to all the subjects taught at Sargam Music Academy.

What is the time limit?

The 100% Satisfaction or Refund policy will be valid for 7 days starting from the candidate’s first-class day. The first-class day will be counted as day 1.

I have opted for more than 1 subject. Will this policy be applied to all the subjects I have taken admission?

Yes

I was already doing a class for a couple of months at SMA. I have opted for a second subject. Will this policy be applied to both the 1st and the 2nd subjects?

No, this policy will apply to only the 2nd subject, provided the 7 days period is not over.

But what about the demo class…?

We used to provide a free demo class before admission, but due to excessive spamming, we were forced to abandon the idea.

As it was free, random candidates having no intention for learning used to take the day and timing of the demo class but never showed up for the same. It wasted a lot of time for the teachers who kept sitting idle waiting for the demo candidate to appear, who never actually did.

The 100% Satisfaction or Refund policy is a substitute for the demo class system.
